Tenants and Form K Requirements

As per VR195 bylaws, owners are required to submit a Form K for any tenant, including units occupied by family members, when the owner is not residing at the property.

Please download Form K from the documents page and submit it through TownSq as a request or directly to our property manager via email. Submitting a Form K also allows the tenant to be added to TownSq, ensuring they stay informed about important building matters and receive all relevant communications from Assoica. 

Please note that only owners have access to strata account information on TownSq.
