Entryphone FAQ's

Entryphone:

Upon moving in, please submit a request here. and provide your phone number, including the area code. If you need multiple entries, please list the names and phone numbers for each.

The standard format for the directory is:

Last Name, First Initial

Alternatively, you may choose to simply list "OCCUPIED."

Each entry will be assigned a directory code to use on the Entryphone.

Answering a Call from the Entryphone:

When you receive a call from the intercom, it will come from the phone number 604-714-1252. 

We recommend saving this number as a contact with a name you'll recognize.

The call duration is limited to a maximum of 58 seconds before it automatically disconnects.

You can select from the following options:

• Press 9 to unlock the door and grant entry to the caller.
• Hang up or press * to disconnect the call without allowing entry.
